Georgia Bugs ships all live shipments during the week Monday-Wednesday with the exception of holidays.

Georgia Bugs ships all packages 2-3 day priority unless otherwise arranged. All shipping specials receive 2-3 day priority. The buyer must be present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt or all guarantees are void.

Live, healthy arrival is only guaranteed when shipping temperatures at both ends are between 30-90F. Please notify us of the weather on your end!

During times of extreme weather, an icepack or heat pack may be required for guaranteed live delivery.
In order for our guarantee to take effect, all claims on DOA’s* must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

If selected size of silkworm is not available, a smaller or larger size of equivalent quantity may be used as a substitute at the discretion of Georgia Bugs. The buyer will be notified if such a substitution is needed.

Should we need to contact you for a reason that is vital to the safety of your package, we will not ship your package until contact has been made, whether through email or phone. Please make sure your paypal email is valid and active, or please leave you contact phone number in the given space.
